She served as the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association at Suffolk Law and was a founding member of the Delta Zeta Sorority at Rollins College. Her time as Associate Director of the Appropriations Committee further developed her organizational and collaborative skills, including budget management for over 50 student organizations. Between 2016 and 2017 Ms. Malans was an SJC 3:03 student attorney working for the Indigenous Peoples Rights Clinic, in which she helped the Mashpee Wampanoag develop a juvenile drug court.

With a commitment to both legal excellence, civil rights, and community engagement, Ms. Malans brings a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic to each case she handles, ensuring the best possible outcomes for her clients.
